Why was I not refunded for my subscription(On hold payment)?

The charge you are seeing on your bank or card statement is actually an authorization request from Google. Authorization requests are used by Google to verify the validity of your card and ensure that you have sufficient funds to make the purchase. These requests are not actual charges and will not be applied to your account. They will typically remain on your account for 1-14 business days, depending on your bank's policy.

If you continue to see the pending authorization on your account after the 1-14 business days, we recommend contacting your bank for more information. They can provide you with details about the authorization request and help resolve any issues.

We're here to help and will be more than happy to assist you and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
