Can't access premium account in Ling App

Suddenly I can't access my Premium account. How can I fix it?

It is very frustrating when one day you realize that you cannot access your Premium account in Ling app. Was your subscription lost? 

Don't worry! Your subscriptions are managed by Google Play (for Android users) or Apple (for iOS users). As long as you login Play Store / App Store app with the same Google / Apple account, you will get your Premium version. 

In the case you cannot access your Pro account, please do as followings: 
1) Double check & make sure you login Play Store / App Store with the same account that you used to purchase Ling app last time. 
2) If you use several accounts, please temporarily remove other ones and keep only 1 account. 
3) Clear cache of Play Store/App Store and Ling app. 
4) For iOS users, open Ling app > go to Profile > Settings > tap on Restore Purchase. 

Kindly note that there could be some delay in Play Store / App Store to get your order history. So, you may need to wait for 1-2 days to get your Premium account back.
