Can't access premium account in Ling App

I can't access my Premium account. How can I fix it?

It is very frustrating when one day you realize that you cannot access your Premium account in the Ling app. Was your subscription lost? 

Don't worry! Your subscription detail is attached to a registered account in Ling and Google / Apple account, you need to make sure you log in with the same account that you purchased within the Ling app.  

In case you cannot access your Premium account even though you've logged in with the account you purchased Ling with, please contact us via support@ling-app.com and provide us with the following information:
  1. If you subscribe to Ling on Google Play or Ling web,  please give us the email that you subscribed to Ling and the email of your Ling account.
  2. If you subscribe to Ling on AppStore, please send us a screenshot of your subscription and the email of your Ling account. Please note that we are not allowed to manage any subscriptions or payments on AppStore.
After receiving the information, we will check and proceed with the next step immediately.
